🔧 How to Choose the Right Power Supply

To ensure proper performance and avoid damage, please follow the guidelines below when selecting your power adapter:

• Voltage must match exactly
  Your device must require DC 12V. Do not use with other voltages.
• Current (A) can be equal or higher
  Choose an adapter with the same or higher amperage than your device.
  For example:
  • Device requires 2A → you can use 2A, 3A, 4A, etc.
  • Device requires 5A → do NOT use a 2A adapter
• Check the plug size
  This adapter uses a 5.5mm x 2.1mm or 5.5x2.5mm DC plug. Please ensure your device matches this connector size.
• Polarity
  Standard centre positive (+) configuration.

• We offer two types of DC plug sizes:

  • 5.5mm x 2.1mm
  • 5.5mm x 2.5mm

  The 5.5mm x 2.5mm plug is compatible with 5.5mm x 2.1mm devices, but a 5.5mm x 2.1mm plug may not fit a 5.5mm x 2.5mm socket.
