Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue does not constitute a major failure.
Return Postage
Please note that return postage costs are not covered by us, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Change of Mind Returns
For change of mind returns, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
